The Miss Louisiana Organization would like to congratulate our very own, Wayne Gentry! We are absolutely thrilled for Wayne as he takes on the role of Miss America Producer.

Way to go, Wayne Gentry!

The Miss America Organization is proud to welcome Wayne Gentry of ShowCase Productions as the producer of this year’s Miss America Competition, taking place August 28–September 6, 2026, in West Palm Beach, Florida!

With nearly five decades of experience in live television, event production and pageantry, Wayne brings an incredible legacy to the Miss America stage. He currently produces broadcasts for ESPN+ and serves as producer for the Miss Louisiana, Miss Arkansas and Miss Texas competitions and statewide telecasts.

Wayne’s pageant production journey began with Miss Louisiana in 1976, and his impressive career has included producing Miss Florida and Miss Florida’s Outstanding Teen, Miss Arkansas, and countless other nationally recognized performances and events.

Now, he’s bringing that expertise to Miss America👑

The stage is set. The countdown is on.
