This innovative space is designed to help ideas grow and businesses thrive, offering workspaces for small businesses, rentable rooms for business and teen projects, team collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, seminar rooms, and an event center. They even have a rooftop area!!

We’re excited to see resources like these supporting local entrepreneurs, encouraging collaboration, and creating opportunities for our community to grow. Thank you to South Piedmont Community College for the tour and for investing in the future of Union County!

South Piedmont Community College recently presented a $500 scholarship to Lillian Cordes, made possible through the Monroe Rotary Club Endowment.

Lillian is a Piedmont High School graduate and former AFJROTC member who has already given back so much through her volunteer work with Samaritan’s Purse, the American Legion, and other local organizations.

With her sights set on Early Childhood Education and Nursing, we know she is going to make an incredible, lasting difference in our community. Join us in celebrating Lillian and honoring her hard work!
