Loving GOD and loving others is the greatest way to walk out this journey. This year GOD will open so many new doors for you to show HIS love to others. It has been such a Joy to walk with you this past month The Best Days are still waiting for you to embrace.

30 And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.

Closing out 2022 with this reminder is the ideal way to prepare for 2023. Loving GOD with your Heart, Soul, Thought Life, and Strength requires your complete commitment. Living our lives totally committed to JESUS is worth it.

28 Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God, “None of My words will be delayed any longer. Whatever word I speak will be fulfilled completely,” says the Lord God.

As we prepare to transition to a new year we are reminded GOD has spoken about the future and HE promises to walk with you. HE has fulfilled every promise completely. GOD will not delay, pray expecting to see and take part in great things.

27 For the dedication of the new wall of Jerusalem, the Levites throughout the land were asked to come to Jerusalem to assist in the ceremonies. They were to take part in the joyous occasion with their songs of thanksgiving and with the music of cymbals, harps, and lyres.

In one of the biggest building projects of its kind, GOD used regular unskilled volunteers to create the wall around Jerusalem. At the end of the project HE wanted everyone to sing and worship together. Today take time to gather with friends but discover ways to worship HIM when you meet.

As you follow and serve JESUS, the Father will honor you. You might not always be able to see it but in time you will have a new lens that sees the amazing gift HE has personally prepared for you.

GOD showed up in the middle of a dark night to help rescue the Hebrew nation and HE wanted them to remember it. JESUS came to all of humanity in the middle of our dark night and has offered (freedom, comfort or help) to all of mankind. HE invites us to celebrate that Silent Night. Observing the birth of JESUS pleases GOD.

21 Don’t go back to worshiping worthless idols that cannot help or rescue you—they are totally useless!

As we get closer to CHRISTmas day there is a tendency to revert back to worshiping the holiday and not JESUS. The distractions work hard to grab your worship. These Advent Verses help us re-center back to The Light of The World. If you pause, you will notice HE is everywhere.

20-21 Our Scriptures tell us that if you see your enemy hungry, go buy that person lunch, or if he’s thirsty, get him a drink. Your generosity will surprise him with goodness.

Buying a meal for someone changes everything. Pay it forward at the drive thru, pick up a gift card for that person you have had an issue with and drop them a note. Stop by a local food bank to see how you can help. Generosity is a powerful way to show love and live out peace.
