Yesterday Community Leaders and Partners spent some time out at the Graphic Packaging, Monroe location, learning about the printing, cutting and gluing processes that go into creating all the different types of packaging we use.

A few really takeaways were...
1. There's over a million sq feet under roof, making it one of the largest of its kind in the world
2. This plant is where Graphic Packaging sends their best and brightest learn new techniques and processes to improve everything from employee engagement to better efficiency of processes.
3. Over 1 Billion boxes (mostly for the beer industry) are printed and sent to it's customers from here. (That's alot of beer)
4. It's home to the fastest printer in the world and a one of a kind all in one printer/cutter.
5. Employs over 400 folks and is a leader in employee engagement for Graphic Packaging and others in it's industry.

These are just a few of the amazing things happening there and another shining example how Ouachita Works.
