Each completed survey generates $1.60 for our unit; how many are you able to complete by the October 6th deadline?

Washington, D.C. 2026

This past summer, the Monroe County Young Marines had an incredible opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C., from July 29th–August 2nd!

From exploring our nation’s capital to learning about our history, experiencing new things, and making memories together, it was a trip these Young Marines won’t soon forget. ❤️🤍💙

On May 2nd the Young Marines assisted the Vietnam Veterans with cleaning up Heck Park in Monroe. Afterwards they were treated to yummy pizza at Tiffany's thanks to Mr. Wayne Blank.

Another busy and rewarding Saturday for the Monroe County Young Marines!

Our Young Marines started the day by assisting the Monroe Marine Corps League Detachment #157 with their SOS Breakfast fundraiser. We are incredibly grateful to have received a generous donation toward our upcoming Washington, D.C. trip while serving at the breakfast—thank you Ladeana and Tony for your support!

Afterward, our unit teamed up with the Corl-Gaynier AMVETS Post 1942 for an Adopt-A-Road cleanup, helping keep our community clean and giving back in a hands-on way.

We’re proud of these young leaders for their hard work, teamwork, and commitment to service! 💪
