Another week full of appointments—and full of purpose. We are so thankful for a community that shows up with open hearts, stepping into the lives of children and families across generations. What an honor it is to play even a small part.

In the midst of the hard, the broken, and the unknown, there is still so much to be grateful for. We see love in action every day—and we praise the Lord for His grace and mercy that first met us where we are. 🤍

April is Child Abuse Awareness Month 💙

This month, we have TWO meaningful opportunities for you to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children in our community:

1️⃣ Foster Parent Orientation
🗓 Wednesday, April 15th at 6PM
📍 Family Restoration Center
4280 Sterlington Rd., Monroe, LA 71203
In the Monroe region, there are 555 children in foster care and only 216 foster homes. The need is critical. We need more families willing to say yes and open their hearts and homes.

Register for your spot here:
https://form.jotform.com/211716939871971

2️⃣ CASA Informational Meeting
🗓 Wednesday, April 15th at 6PM
📍 Room 119 at North Monroe Baptist Church
Become a voice for a child in court. CASA volunteers advocate for children who need someone to stand in the gap and speak on their behalf. Your voice can change a child’s future.

Not everyone is called to do the same thing, but we are all called to do something.

Join us at one of these meetings and discover how you can help bring hope and support to children in our area

We had such a wonderful time at our Hip Hop Open Shop Spring event last weekend! 💛 Thank you to every family who joined us—and for the incredible ways you care for the children in our community.

If you had photos taken with the Easter Bunny, they are ready now! Feel free to message us if you need help accessing the photo gallery.

A special thank you to Leigh-Ann Cascio Photography for sharing your talent and capturing such meaningful moments for our families.

During this season leading up to Easter, we reflect on all that Jesus has done for us. He is the ultimate example of love and sacrifice—and the reason behind all we do. We are so grateful for every volunteer and donor who serves as the hands and feet of Jesus. Wishing you all a blessed and joyful Easter! ✝️🌸🧡

💙 Introducing “Blue Hope” – A Drink with a Purpose 💙

We are so honored to partner with CASA and the Center for Children and Families this April for Child Abuse Prevention Month — a time dedicated to raising awareness and standing up for the most vulnerable in our community.

✨ To help support this mission, we’ve created a brand new drink:
“Blue Hope” 💙
A refreshing, meaningful drink that represents hope, healing, and a brighter future for children.

📅 Join us for a special event!
🗓 April 15th
⏰ 10:00am–11:00am
📍 622 Riverside Drive, Monroe (Center for Children and Families)

Come grab a Blue Hope, support an incredible cause, and stand with us as we bring awareness to something that truly matters.

💙 Why Child Abuse Prevention Month Matters:
Every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and protected. This month reminds us that prevention starts with awareness, community support, and speaking up for those who cannot speak for themselves. Together, we can make a difference and help create a future where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

We can’t wait to see you there and share this special drink with you. Let’s come together and spread HOPE. 💙

What an honor it is to get to bless our community and serve alongside amazing volunteers! 💙🌸🧺 We had an amazing turnout for our Hip Hop Open Shop event, and hope each family that came felt seen and each child felt loved and worthy of our best! Thank you to everyone who helped or donated to make this year’s event possible!

“Let your work be shown to your servants, and your glorious power to their children. Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!” Psalm‬ ‭90‬:‭16‬-‭17‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Don’t forget TODAY’S event! Cant wait to see you there!
