The weather looks to be promising, thank goodness!
A lot of time has been spent on preparing the BEST egg hunt in our area—be sure to come out and enjoy!

Here are the details for the Glow Hunt for our 7th-12th graders. This year, this hunt will ALSO be at the football field. Huge thank you to our awesome Superintendent, Tony Degrave, for allowing us to use school grounds, year after year, to have these kinds of events for our community youth! We appreciate you more than you know!!

🎉 GREAT NEWS! 🎉 We were able to purchase the rest of the folders needed for all 363 kids—thank you for helping us check that off the list! ❤️

Now, we’ve revised our Amazon list to focus on the items we still need most. ✂️ Scissors are one of our biggest needs—410 pairs to be exact. We found a 50-pack for just $25.99—that’s only 52¢ per pair! 🖊️ Pencil pouches are also needed, and in bulk packs they break down to just 87¢ each.

There are still other supplies not on the Amazon list, but many of those can be purchased cheaper in-store.

📚✨ Although summer has just begun, we’re already gearing up to support our youth and their families for the upcoming school year!

For the past several years, we’ve proudly helped provide school supplies for Pre-K through 4th grade students — but as time has gone on, our volunteer numbers have decreased. This year, just like we did with our Annual Easter Egg Hunt, we’re turning to our incredible community for help.

🎒 Our mission: Provide school supplies for all 363 projected students at Monroe City Elementary!

To make this possible, we've created an Amazon Registry filled with essential bulk items. This registry is just the beginning, but we believe with your help, we can fulfill this mission.
