She’s not had an easy life- life has shattered her into pieces more often than not..
But she has always found a way to get back up, fight back and rise against the challenges that threatened to sweep her under the tides of life.
There were many times when she didn’t know how she’d survive the day or get things done, but somehow, some way, she always has found her way through the hardest things.
That’s who she is- fighter, survivor, protector, doer of all the things that her people need her to be and do.
For her, it’s not a question of “if” or “how.”
She doesn’t have the time or energy to worry about the things she can’t control, so she pours herself into becoming the strongest and most unstoppable person that she can be.
She rests when she can, sleeps when she must and always..just keeps going.
Others marvel at her tireless energy and her never fail attitude, but what they haven’t seen or don’t know is the price she’s paid to forge the strongest will in life’s harshest fires.
Nothing has ever come easy, and she’s been challenged every step of the way..
And still, she remains undaunted by the struggles that rage across her life.
She’s more than a survivor, she’s an iron warrior with a heart of gold.
She loves passionately, lives intensely and will never accept failure as an option.
But there will always be those quiet times that the world will never see-
When this fierce woman breaks down, cries and falls apart..even if for the briefest of times..it’s when she collects herself and gathers her strength.
Maybe it’s in the shower or when she pauses to inspire herself at the start of a day.
But just as quickly as the tears fall, she composes herself and sparks that fire that fills her veins.
She’s fine..she’s always fine…she’ll always be fine.
Even when she says “I got this” with tears in her eyes..
Because she does and always has found her way.
She wasn’t born a warrior, but she learned to forge her strength in the flames of life..She never had another choice.
She didn’t just walk through the fire, she became it..
Strong, proud and fierce-
Not what she meant to become,
But who she ending up being…
And she loves every bit of the woman
She’s fought so hard to be.
