Day 3: Halfway to Freezing for Food

Today wrapped up the annual Halfway to Freezing for Food event! Thank you to everyone who volunteered, made a donation, or stopped by to show their support over the past three days. The generosity of our community never ceases to amaze us, and we are grateful for every contribution.

A special thank you to WRAM/WMOI for organizing this event, as well as all of the volunteers and community partners who helped make it a success. Together, we collected food and funds that will help stock our food pantries and support our neighbors.

We are incredibly thankful for a community that continues to come together to make a difference. ❤️.

Day 1 of the WMOI/WRAM Annual Halfway to Freezing for Food is complete.

The sun was shining, the volunteers were plentiful, and the generosity of our community was on full display. We are so grateful for every donation received today. We are blessed to live in a community where neighbors help neighbors—it is a beautiful thing to witness.

We'll be back at Save A Lot on Wednesday and Thursday. Stop by, say hello, and help us keep the momentum going with a donation.

Together, we're helping put food on the table for local families and addressing food insecurity in our community.
