The Monmouth Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group remains a vital part of our support network, and we are honored to continue serving patients and care partners through this program.

As we grow, we are bringing all of our education, support groups, advocacy efforts, and resources under one unified home: Wescoe Foundation for Pulmonary Fibrosis.

To ensure you never miss updates about:

• Support group dates
• Educational programming
• Advocacy initiatives
• New resources for patients & care partners

We encourage you to follow the Wescoe Foundation website at www.wescoe.org and social media pages as your primary source for information moving forward.

This shift allows us to strengthen communication, expand programming, and better serve the entire PF and ILD community.
