Garden-fresh generosity! 💚

A heartfelt thank you to Hollister Dinwiddie and Jane Baird for blessing Agape Center Moneta with a wonderful donation of fresh green beans straight from the garden!

There is something especially beautiful about neighbors sharing the abundance of their harvest with other neighbors. These fresh green beans will be a welcome addition to the food our Agape families receive.

And a special thank you to Becky Blackman, who so beautifully arranged our fresh produce tables. What a joy to see them overflowing with colorful, nutritious food ready to be shared!

We are grateful for every person who gives, serves, grows, sorts, and shares. Through your generosity, God continues to provide in such tangible ways. ❤️

Ever dream about driving a truck in your retirement? We’ve got the keys! 🚚

Agape Center Moneta is looking for volunteer drivers to help us pick up food, furniture, household goods, and other donations that bless our neighbors in need.

If you enjoy being on the road, meeting people, and knowing that a few hours of your time can make a real difference in someone’s life, this may be the perfect place for you to serve.

No CDL required!

At Agape, every volunteer has a part in our mission—and sometimes that part happens to be behind the wheel! 😊

You can make a difference at Agape!

Agape Center Moneta is looking for compassionate volunteers who want to serve our neighbors and share God’s love in practical ways. We currently need help in the following areas:

• Pantry volunteers
• Store volunteers
• Truck drivers—no CDL required
• Phone volunteers
• Female mentors

Whether you enjoy organizing food, helping neighbors select needed items, driving and picking up donations, answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling or questions, or walking alongside a woman who needs encouragement, there is a meaningful place for you at Agape.

No special experience is necessary—just a willing heart and a desire to serve!

A heartfelt thank-you to SML Newcomers for their incredibly generous donation of more than 150 towels! 🛁💙

🙏 From empty shelves to overflowing with God’s provision! ❤️

Just a couple of weeks ago, Agape volunteer Karen Bradley stood beside these shelves when they were completely empty. We had no towels to give our neighbors in need.

Karen stopped and prayed, asking the Lord to provide out of His abundance.

And He did!

This week, Agape received two large donations of towels, and our shelves are full again! What a beautiful reminder that God knows our needs and often answers prayer through the generosity of His people.

We are so grateful to everyone who gave—and even more grateful to the One who provides.

“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”

The Agape Center would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Master Mason Association of Bedford for their generous support of our neighbors in need!

Their recent donation of 158 pounds of peanut butter and a $300 financial gift will make a real difference for families facing food insecurity in our community. Peanut butter is one of our most requested pantry items because it's nutritious, shelf-stable, and a great source of protein for children and adults alike.

We are so grateful for community partners like the Master Mason Association of Bedford who faithfully demonstrate compassion through action. Your generosity helps us continue our mission of sharing hope and meeting practical needs throughout our community.
