DENIM, GENEROSITY, AND LOVE IN ACTION! 👖💙

A big THANK YOU to Lake Denim for their wonderful donation of brand-new summer denim to Agape Center Moneta!

While cooler weather is settling in, we’re already looking ahead to spring! 🌷☀️ Thanks to Lake Denim’s generosity, we’ll have a beautiful selection of new denim ready to share with our neighbors when warmer days return.

At Agape, we believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable, confident, and valued. Donations like these allow us to offer our neighbors not just clothing, but the dignity and joy of choosing something new!

Thank you, Lake Denim, for investing in our community and helping us share God’s love in such a practical and meaningful way! ❤️

We are so grateful for local businesses that make a difference, one generous gift at a time!

1,000 BLANKETS.
1,000 NEIGHBORS.
ONE VERY SPECIAL CHRISTMAS GIFT! ❤️🎄

A HUGE thank you to Roses Discount Store for helping Agape Center Moneta spread warmth and love this Christmas season!

Thanks to their generous pricing and an additional senior discount, we were able to purchase 1,000 blankets that will be given as Christmas gifts to 1,000 of our neighbors in Bedford and Franklin Counties! 🎁

A special shoutout to Kat and her wonderful team, who went above and beyond to help us load all 1,000 blankets into our box truck! That’s a LOT of blankets! 🛻💪

At Agape, we believe that even the simplest gifts can be powerful reminders that someone is loved, valued, and not forgotten. These blankets will provide more than physical warmth—they will be a tangible expression of God’s love and the generosity of our community.

Thank you, Roses, for helping us wrap 1,000 neighbors in warmth, kindness, and LOVE this Christmas! ❤️

A HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO OUR AMAZING AGAPE VOLUNTEERS! ❤️

What a wonderful weekend at the 2026 Smith Mountain Lake Charity Home Tour!

We are incredibly grateful for the dedicated Agape volunteers who generously gave their time, energy, and smiles to help make this year’s tour a success!

From welcoming guests and checking tickets to directing visitors and helping everything run smoothly, each of you played an important role in this special community event.

The SML Charity Home Tour is more than an opportunity to visit beautiful homes. It is an incredible example of neighbors coming together to make a difference in the lives of others. We are so blessed that Agape is one of the ministries supported through this wonderful event.

To every volunteer who served, THANK YOU! Your servant hearts reflect the love of Christ and help us continue sharing practical assistance, encouragement, and hope with families throughout Bedford and Franklin Counties.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the SML Charity Home Tour organizers, homeowners, and everyone who purchased tickets to support the participating charities.

💙 You are the hands and feet of Jesus, and we couldn’t do this without you!

💛 Penny bargains turned into priceless blessings! 💛

A huge THANK YOU to Alisha Looney for putting her bargain-shopping skills to wonderful use! Alisha has been shopping the penny bargains at Dollar General and generously donating her finds to Agape Moneta.

From children’s clothing and baby items to toys and other brand-new necessities, these treasures will make their way into the hands of our neighbors who need them. What may cost just a penny at the register can become a meaningful blessing to a family. ❤️

Alisha, thank you for taking the time to hunt for these bargains and then choosing to bless others with what you find. We are so grateful for your generosity and your heart for our community!

Garden-fresh generosity! 💚

A heartfelt thank you to Hollister Dinwiddie and Jane Baird for blessing Agape Center Moneta with a wonderful donation of fresh green beans straight from the garden!

There is something especially beautiful about neighbors sharing the abundance of their harvest with other neighbors. These fresh green beans will be a welcome addition to the food our Agape families receive.

And a special thank you to Becky Blackman, who so beautifully arranged our fresh produce tables. What a joy to see them overflowing with colorful, nutritious food ready to be shared!

We are grateful for every person who gives, serves, grows, sorts, and shares. Through your generosity, God continues to provide in such tangible ways. ❤️
