Officer Installation 2026:
Tonight we installed Lion President Bidd Smith and Vice President George Pound. Lion Hunter High was installed as our newest member. Several Lions were recognized for 10, 15, 20, 25 and 35 years of service. We also remembered the members lost in the last 2 years.
Past President John Joe Salazar also gave an account for the club’s growth and successes during his tenure.

April 2026 Meeting
Tonight we welcomed Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Deputies Ronnie Russell and Sam Jasper along with GERY and PRIMA.
The 23rd Annual Josh Swicord Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Berkeley Country Club (See Attached Photo).

Great things are happening in The Moncks Corner Lions club. We inducted two new members. We welcome Brad Browder and Craig Mims Jr to the club. Our speaker was Steve Meyer with SCDNR. He gave a great speech about the fish population in the Santee Cooper Lakes system. Save the date the Josh Swicord Golf Tournament May 28, 2026.

A very busy February meeting for Moncks Corner Lions Club. Lion Rawlins Lowndes received an award for generous support of vision services. We also inducted new member Steve Gaskins. The guest speaker tonight was Debby Dial Holtsclaw with the Berkeley Historical Society.
