Hands of Giving is excited to announce that Lakiyah Harris has been selected as the recipient of our 2025 J.Belser Scholarship Fund!

Lakiya is a graduate of Burke High School in Charleston, SC, and we are thrilled to award her a $1,000 scholarship to support her journey ahead. This fall, she will be attending North Carolina A&T State University to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering.

We are incredibly proud of Lakiya’s hard work and passion for making a difference in her community. We can't wait to see all that she will accomplish!

🎓 $1,000 Scholarship for a College-Bound Senior Girl

The J. Belser Scholarship, presented by Hands of Giving, will award $1,000 to one exceptional young lady graduating high school.

The scholarship is for a student who will be starting college in Fall '25 and demonstrates a commitment to service in her community.

Applications are open NOW through May 29, 2025!

We only have a few spots left for the Teen Paint Party. If a teen girl you know is interested, please RSVP as soon as possible! We want to ensure we are prepared for the girls on August 26th. The cost is only $10.

Hands of Giving is super excited about hosting our Teen Paint Party for Teen Girls on August 26th!

The paint party will be at Paint with a Twist in Summerville, SC from 2pm to 4pm. It’s only $10!We still have a few spots available. If you would like your teen girl to join us, you must register at www.handsofgivingsc.org.
