📸 Graphic Arts & Photography Camp: Creativity Behind the Camera!

Job Training for Beaver County (JTBC) partnered with the Beaver County Career and Technology Center (BCCTC) for an exciting Graphic Arts & Photography Summer Camp, led by Ms. Nicki DeMark.

Students explored the fundamentals of photography, including camera equipment, composition, lighting, lenses, and Adobe Photoshop editing techniques. They then put their skills to work creating imaginative digital images and learning how photography and technology can come together to tell a story.

One of the highlights was a creative toy photography project, where students used miniature figures and special effects to create unique scenes and imaginative stories.

Students had the opportunity to create everything from a cheetah running through the mountains with a meteor in the sky to a baby roasting marshmallows in a forest and a scorpion and soccer ball in a desert setting. 🌄📸✨

The students especially enjoyed learning Photoshop, experimenting with editing tools, working with cameras and lenses, and seeing their creative ideas come to life.

We’re proud to partner with BCCTC to provide youth with hands-on opportunities to explore photography, graphic arts, technology, and other creative career paths.

Learn. Create. Imagine. Capture your future! 📸💻
