The sun has crested the horizon and the horses have been hitched to the wagon carrying the lumber that was loaded yesterday. It's time to deliver the wood to your home town of Hammond for processing and several day's rest before returning to do it all again. Several hours have passed since you left the logging camp behind and it's really looking to be another hot summer day.
The heat isn't your current concern, though. Ahead on the horizon the sky is darkened by brown tinged clouds, though as you get closer it becomes pretty obvious that they aren't clouds, it's smoke, and it's coming from the direction of Hammond!

Lead your players on a quest to discover the mysterious destruction of Hammond and its missing inhabitants.

Chaos and Kobolds, the first chapter of 'The Whispers of Chaldryss' campaign is a first-level adventure and includes hi-res maps and player handouts, as well as 5 pre-generated characters ready to get your players into the action. Do your players want to create their own characters? Awesome! In the book is a random backstory generator to tie those characters into the setting!

Here we go! The first chapter of The Whispers of Chaldryss, "Chaos and Kobolds" is now available! A first-level adventure where your players will find their home destroyed, the inhabitants and livestock missing. With nothing left but to follow some reptilian tracks, will they be able to track the villagers down and discover the reasoning behind the destruction of the village?

This adventure is the first of many to come in 'The Whispers of Chaldryss' campaign path. This adventure is being sold to help fund the Crit Kids DnD Society and it's effort to take the games online and help provide any necessary equipment and items the kids may need (headsets, webcams, etc).

Hey Crit Friends! I hope you all are doing well in these crazy days! I’ve been spending most of my time building new things (terrain and such) for the club, though I’ve just about run through all of my materials until I can stock up, hopefully sometime soon.

What have you all been doing to keep yourselves busy?

Good morning Crit Friends! We may be on break, but that doesn’t mean DM Jaro has been Idle! LOTS and lots of crafting is going on here at HQ. I’ve made a shelf to store unpainted minis so they can now stare at me and shame me into getting them painted!

I’ve also started working on a neat ship terrain, multi level and held together magnetically (still a LONG way to go on that one)

Also, I’ve made some flight stands to show minis flying through the air whenever necessary, the idea coming from a kind gentleman Michael Kramer on another D&D group!

Lots of fun stuff to come so keep your eyes open!

Good morning!

This Saturday’s (03-14-2018) session is canceled due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. My daughter (one of the weekly Crit Kids!) is a type 1 diabetic which makes her very susceptible to sever complications with this virus, so I am taking all precautions to make sure she and ALL the Crit Kids stay safe and healthy!

We will continue to monitor the situation and make a decision to return on a week by week basis, so stay tuned for any updates.
