Quad City Clown Troupe The Quad Cities clown Troupe is a non-profit Clown Alley based in the Quad Cities of eastern Iowa and western Illinois.

The Quad City Clown Troupe...a non-profit clown club connected to both the Midwest Clown Association and the World Clown Association...is made up of both professional and amateur clowns who donate their time to local charity events, parades, walkathons, and much more.
