Who do you talk to when life gets stressful? What about the days that your toddlers, threenagers, tweens, or teens are taking every last bit of your patience?

If you have a person, or persons, to turn to during life's challenges, you know that having social supports is key to keeping your patience and finding your calm in the middle of chaos. If you're still working on finding your social support system, keep going! Look for parenting groups online or in your community with kids of similar ages - join a parent/tot class, go to a park - reach out!
