Renew Moline would like to extend a warm welcome to Amanda Boyer of Quad City Bank & Trust! Quad City Bank & Trust has been a strong supporter of several community development initiatives for many years, and Amanda feels that joining Renew Moline is another great opportunity for her and QCBT to contribute to the exciting revitalization that is taking place in Moline. Amanda has joined the Board of Directors to strengthen community engagement and provide support for the development efforts of Renew Moline. She has been in banking for over 20 years and has spent the last 12 years in commercial banking and business development with Quad City Bank & Trust. She is excited to become more involved and looks forward to seeing the community continue to thrive while creating exciting new destination spaces.
One of Amanda’s favorite Renew Moline initiatives is the Public Market, and she also values the networking and connections that board membership provides.
Amanda and her husband, Matt, are proud parents of two high school students — a sophomore and a senior. In her free time, Amanda enjoys working in her flower and vegetable gardens, walking her dog, fishing with her son, shopping with her daughter, practicing yoga, and jogging. In addition to serving on the Renew Moline Board, Amanda also serves as Treasurer on the Lift Women Foundation of Royal Neighbors Board and volunteers for several community nonprofit organizations such as United Way and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
We are excited to have Amanda’s passion, insight, and community spirit as part of Renew Moline!

Big things are happening in downtown Moline! 🍻🎶

Join us as we welcome Sins Tavern to the neighborhood with an official ribbon cutting celebration! Located inside the historic Skinner Block, Sins Tavern is bringing new life and energy to one of downtown’s most iconic buildings.

Originally built in the late 1800s and designed by architect Merton Cady, the Skinner Block has long been a symbol of downtown Moline’s history and revitalization. Now, Sins Tavern is adding to that legacy with live music, an outdoor patio, upstairs bar space, pre-game events for Vibrant Arena shows and a fun new nightlife destination in the heart of Moline Centre.

Their Grand Opening Celebration is TOMORROW (5.23.26), so be sure to stop by, check out the space and help give them a warm downtown welcome! https://www.facebook.com/share/1b2FCwXmSp/

We’re excited to see another historic downtown space filled with new energy, entertainment and investment in the Moline Centre district. Congratulations to the Sins Tavern team and welcome to downtown Moline! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who came out to our very first Bags Tournament at the Historic Block Courtyard this past weekend! We had an incredible turnout with 45 players enjoying a great afternoon of competition, laughs, cold drinks and downtown fun.

From seasoned players to first-timers, the energy was strong all day long and helped make our first event a huge success. We also want to thank everyone who stopped by to watch, cheer players on and support our downtown businesses.

A special thank you to Renew Moline’s Crystal for running the tournament and keeping the competition rolling all afternoon. 👏

If you missed this one, don’t worry. The next Bags Tournament is coming up on August 16, so mark your calendars now and start practicing those tosses. 🎯

Be sure to check out all of the Historic Block Courtyard events happening this summer at molinecentre.org/historic-block-courtyard

Grab your friends and come join the fun in downtown Moline Centre!
