Nat20 Photography is now taking signups for photos at this season’s Jr. Maroons football games!

If you would like Nat20 Photography to focus on your student-athlete during an upcoming game, sign up using the link below. Please include your team name and jersey number in the notes when booking.

🏈 3RD/4TH GRADE SCHEDULE RELEASE 🏈

The wait is almost over! Our 3rd/4th grade Jr. Maroons schedules will be released tonight at 7:45 PM in each team’s SportsYou group!

Our league has four Moline teams and one United Township team. Because there are five teams, each team will have one bye week with no game scheduled that Saturday.

The Wolfpack were originally going to have two bye weeks, but we worked with United Township to add a Wednesday night game so they will also have a full seven-game schedule!

Today, our Jr. Maroons football teams and cheerleaders take over Memorial Park at the Rock Island Arsenal for an exciting day of football, cheer and Maroons pride!

Remember, these are scrimmages, not actual games. Today gives every team a chance to see where they are, identify what they still need to work on and continue preparing for our first regular season games next Saturday!

🏈📣 JR. MAROONS GAME-NIGHT REMINDER 📣🏈

We encourage all Jr. Maroons student-athletes to attend tonight’s Moline High School football game and proudly represent our program!

🏈 Jr. Maroons football players should wear their game jersey.
📣 Jr. Maroons cheerleaders should wear their Saturday cheer shirt.

Student-athletes wearing the appropriate shirt or jersey will receive free admission with a paying adult.

All elementary and middle school students must attend with a parent or responsible adult. Students cannot be dropped off without adult supervision.

All K–8 students must:

✅ Sit with their parent or responsible adult
✅ Remain seated except during end-of-quarter breaks
✅ Stay out of areas outside the field and gyms
✅ Leave the facility and school immediately after the game

There is no student section for elementary or middle school students. Failure to follow these expectations may result in students no longer being allowed to attend MHS events.

Our student-athletes represent the Jr. Maroons whenever they wear their game-day gear. Let’s show our Maroon pride, support the high school team and represent our program the right way!

🏈 HELP SUPPORT A FUND THAT SUPPORTS OUR JR. MAROONS! 🏈

The 2nd Annual Eric Lange Memorial Sporting Clay Shoot is coming up on Saturday, September 12!

The Eric Lange Memorial Fund has generously supported Moline Youth Football & Cheer, helping us purchase new equipment and ensure every child has the opportunity to participate in our program, regardless of their family’s financial situation.

Last year’s event provided $11,000 to 11 local youth programs, making a real difference for young athletes and their families. We are incredibly grateful to be among the programs supported by Eric’s lasting legacy!

There are several ways you can help:

🏈 IMPORTANT GAME JERSEY INFORMATION 🏈

Our student-athletes received their game jerseys Wednesday night! Parents and guardians, please read the following important information:

✅ GAME JERSEY FIT
The jerseys will fit very tightly. They are designed to fit that way and will stretch when worn over shoulder pads.

🚫 NO ALTERATIONS
Game jerseys cannot be altered in any way. Any alterations, damage or permanent stains will require the parent or guardian to pay the $100 replacement cost.

🧺 WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
The jerseys are machine washable, and stain removers are fine to use. Please DO NOT put them in the dryer—they must be hung to dry.

🏫 WEAR THEM PROUDLY
Student-athletes are encouraged to wear their game jerseys to school on Fridays and to Moline High School home football games on Friday nights at Browning Field. Players wearing their game jersey will receive free admission with a paying adult.

While attending Moline High School games, student-athletes must remain with their parent or guardian. They should not be running around, bothering spectators or causing any trouble.

Receiving a Jr. Maroons game jersey is a privilege and an honor. Our student-athletes represent the entire program whenever they wear it, so wear it proudly and be an example of someone who gives total effort both on and off the field!

The Arsenal Classic is almost here! Please make sure you take care of these two important items:

🚨 GET YOUR ARSENAL VISITOR PASS!

Everyone age 18 or older who needs access to Rock Island Arsenal must complete the visitor-pass process. Please do not wait until Saturday morning and risk missing any of the action!

First-time visitors must report to the Visitor Welcome Center outside the Moline Gate and bring a REAL ID or valid U.S. passport. A background check is required.
