As ARA of Florida looks ahead to March 2027, we are excited for the next chapter of leadership.

After four years as President, Carol Fontanez will transition into the role of Chair. We thank Carol for her dedication, leadership and continued commitment to ARA of Florida.

Kathryn Wilbourne, our current Vice President and President-Elect, will step into the role of President. We thank Kathryn for her commitment to serve and look forward to the leadership she will bring to our chapter.

It’s no secret that the ARA of Florida Weekend Getaway is popular for many reasons. Of course, the beach is a big one! 🌴🌊

But our themed reception is also a weekend favorite, bringing associate members, store owners, managers and families together for a night of entertainment, networking, great food and a well-deserved break.

We’ve celebrated with White Party, Hawaiian, Flamingle, Pirates, ’80s, Roaring ’20s, Casino Night, Havana Nights and Western themes.

🇨🇴 OUR COMMUNITY REACHES BEYOND THE RENTAL INDUSTRY

Our friends at Elegant Parties are serving as a donation collection center to help families affected by the recent earthquake in Colombia.

They are collecting non-perishable food, bottled water, first aid supplies, toiletries, blankets, clothing, baby supplies, flashlights and batteries.

Donations will be delivered to the G.E.M. Foundation in Doral to assist with relief efforts for those affected.

If you are in the South Florida area and are able to help, please consider dropping off a donation. And even if you aren’t nearby, sharing this post can help spread the word.
