Today, we're excited to announce the formation of the Economic Bridge Coalition. This coalition, led by ARA and eleven other trade associations, was created to lobby Congress for additional funds to support hard-hit small businesses like ARA event rental members.

We started with just three groups in early April and now we have twelve Washington, D.C. trade associations with members that are also struggling to make it through the pandemic. Our goal is to leave no small business behind. Every ARA member should be ready to support the coalition’s efforts.

For more than a year, COVID-19 has resulted in the cancelation of large events and gatherings. The Mardi Gras festivities in New Orleans met a similar fate when the decision was made to cancel the annual tradition, planned for February 2021. But, Instead of gathering in the streets and attending parades, the "The Big Easy" residents stayed safely at home and brought the parade to their doorsteps, literally. 🎷🤩⚜️
