This Saturday, March 28 at Mokena’s main park, is the Mokena Lions annual Easter egg hunt. This is a free event and no registration is necessary. We start at 12 PM sharp. See you there We hope to see you this coming weekend at our Easter egg hunt!

When disasters happen, LIONS are there to help! The Mokena Lions jumped into action to help those affected by the recent tornado in Kankakee County. Lion Kevin and Lion Frank did the shopping and delivery of our goods and also helped at the distribution center, along with neighboring Lions Clubs!
It is because of your support that we are able to offer some assistance to those nearby in need.

A VERY special thank you to Mokena Mayor, George Metanias, who was quick to add to our funds in order to help more people! Thank you, Mr. Mayor!

If you are looking for a place to make a donation to help those who are dealing with the aftermath of the recent tornados.

This will be an ongoing effort. Please reach out if you would like to add to the contributions.

THANK YOU!!!!
The Mokena Lions Club Collected 259 COATS during our winter coat drive! Lion VP Don headed up the effort, in cooperation with the Mokena Chamber of Commerce and coats were distributed to multiple organizations in the area to help people in need!
Thank you if you donated a coat and thanks to the AMAZING Mokena businesses and organizations that hosted a collection box this year!

The Mokena Lions delivered food baskets to Mokena families in need this morning, with the assistance of Berkot's Super Foods! We had a GREAT turnout of Mokena Lions, considering that HUGE Bears game last night!! 🐻⬇️

Merry Christmas and a HUGE thank you for all your support throughout the year! We couldn’t do what we do without your continued support!

The Mokena Lions have been busy the last couple of weeks! We delivered 18 food baskets to Mokena families in need the weekend before Thanksgiving. Our December meetings are always a blast! We swore in a new member, Lion Randy! We also decorated a beautiful tree, donated by Kringle's Tree Factory in New Lenox and awarded a Lions Of Illinois Foundation - LIF Fellowship to Lion Rebecca Stroh! A well deserved honor!
This Sunday we will gather again at Berkot's Super Foods to deliver Christmas baskets to Mokena families in need. Send us a message if you would like to join us! You’d look GREAT in yellow!!
We are looking forward to another great year of service to our community!

🎄🦁 The Mokena Lions Club have Decked the Halls! 🦁🎄
After our December General Meeting on Thursday night, the Lions rolled up their sleeves, fluffed some branches, argued lovingly over ornament placement, and officially decorated our Giving Tree for this year’s Mokena Chamber of Commerce Giving Trees event!
