It was the perfect weekend to celebrate the Class of 1985 “40th” class reunion! We shared lots of laughs, danced, and reminisced about the good old days.

I also want to give a huge shout to Lisa Jones and Brian Weiand for their help in making this weekend a reality. Lisa helped me to organize and Brian served as the DJ for the night. And, to all the classmates coming from near and far to make it a weekend to remember!

Hi Fellow “Class of ‘85” Classmates,

Our 40th class reunion is fast approaching! It’s not too late to join in all the fun after all these many years. If you plan to attend, please send your payment through Venmo, Zelle or personal check. Contact Sue Pinson Whitlam via messenger for contact info. for your preferred payment method. Reminder, the cost to attend is $40 per person.

Also, the school is reserving a section for our class to watch the football game on Friday night. I would like to give them a head count for those planning to attend so they can plan accordingly.

Food, Cash bar, & DJ (our very own classmate Brian Weiand)

CLASS OF 1985 “40TH” CLASS REUNION UPDATE!!!!

The reunion is set for Saturday, September 20 at Sunny Hills Golf & Recreation from 7:00pm-11:00pm! Our very own classmate Brian Weiand will be the DJ for the night.

We are still working on finalizing details for the HS football game on Friday, September 19. Stay tuned…

Additionally, we will announce the cost per person as soon as we receive the caterer costs.

Please let us know if you and your spouse/significant other plan to attend as that will help us determine the price per person.

Hi All, we have decided to move forward after hearing from many of you. Mark your calendar for the weekend of September 19 and 20, 2025. The weekend will begin with gathering at the HS football game on Friday night followed by the reunion on Saturday at Sunny Hill Golf & Recreation in Kent, OH. There will be a charge per person to cover expenses of the reunion. We will let you know the cost after additional planning. In the meantime, please ask if you have any questions regarding the weekend. Most importantly, get the word out to fellow classmates not on social media. Stay tuned…

We are tentatively planning the “40th” Class Reunion for Friday and Saturday, September 19 & September 20, 2025.
