Our Board of Directors met this week to do the long-range planning that keeps Camp Jack Hazard strong. They reviewed our 2024 Strategic Plan, the progress each committee made in 2025, and set new goals for 2026.

A big part of the meeting was agreeing to begin a Master Development Plan and a 5-Year Facilities Plan. These tools help us map out what improvements the site needs and how to invest in them responsibly over time.

They also reviewed board roles and started the nomination process for next year’s officers to ensure solid leadership going forward.
