English — Benevolence Ministry Update

“Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.” — Matthew 5:7

For more than a year, Seeds of Hope has been helping meet the needs of elderly individuals in rural Nicaragua. The impact has extended beyond those receiving care—local people have also been given work through the labor required to provide that care.

Most importantly, these acts of mercy are creating a testimony within the community and opening natural opportunities for conversations about God. We are not interested in making our names known. Our desire is for God to go first, and for our service to point people toward Christ.

Español — Actualización del Ministerio de Benevolencia

“Bienaventurados los misericordiosos, porque ellos alcanzarán misericordia.” — Mateo 5:7

English | Meeting Us on Open Ground

“I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the LORD.” — Psalm 121:1–2

The Psalms repeatedly meet us where life actually happens—in joy, fear, uncertainty, suffering, and hope. They do not teach us to hide our weakness from God. They teach us to bring it before Him.

Our confidence is not ultimately in our strength, circumstances, or ability to control tomorrow. Our help comes from the Lord, the sovereign God who made heaven and earth and faithfully preserves His people.

And the greatest assurance of His care is found in Christ. The God to whom the Psalms direct our eyes is the God who has given His Son for our salvation.

Today, bring your fears and burdens before Him. Rest not in your ability to hold everything together, but in the God who holds you.

Local Youth Outreach Update | Waterford, California

We are now six weeks into our local youth outreach in Waterford, California. Like any new ministry, these first weeks have brought both encouraging moments and challenges, but we are thankful for the young people who have continued to show up consistently.

That consistency has allowed us to build relationships and have meaningful conversations beyond soccer. Together, we have explored what it means to honor and obey parents and teachers, find our true worth and identity in God, and choose to do what is right even when it is difficult.

Our goal remains simple: provide a safe and positive environment where young people can play, build relationships, ask questions, and encounter biblical truth.

Six weeks in, we are grateful for every conversation, every relationship, and every seed being planted. We trust God with the growth.

Leonardo’s Story | Hope Soccer Academy

Several years ago, Leonardo joined Hope Soccer Academy, a ministry entrusted to our longtime partner Milton. Today, Leonardo continues to be involved and encourages other kids in his community to participate in sports.

Hope Soccer Academy seeks to provide young people with a safe and positive environment where they can play soccer, build friendships, learn important life lessons, and be surrounded by people who care about them.

Through these relationships, opportunities naturally arise to encourage young people toward good decisions, strong character, and ultimately a walk with the Lord.

Leonardo’s story reminds us why we believe in long-term investment in young people. Sometimes a place to play soccer becomes a place to belong, grow, and encourage others to do the same.

Creating a safe place today. Planting seeds for tomorrow.

Celebrating One Year of God’s Faithfulness

Through our Pastoral Support Ministry, we are grateful to celebrate an important milestone: one year since the beginning of this church plant in Managua, Nicaragua.

Although Seeds of Hope Foundation has not been part of the journey for the entire year, we are honored to now walk alongside this community of faith as they continue growing, making disciples, and proclaiming the Gospel.

We thank God for His providence in establishing this congregation, sustaining its ministry, and allowing us the privilege of partnering with them in this season.

To God alone be the glory. May He continue to build His Church and use it for the advancement of His Kingdom.

🇺🇸 Ministry Update | Investing in the Next Generation

We’re grateful to share another opportunity the Lord has opened through Seeds of Hope Foundation.

Through the support of the Foundation, one of our ministry partners now has the opportunity to dedicate time to teaching God’s Word to high school students at a Christian school. This is exactly what we mean when we talk about creating avenues for the Gospel—supporting faithful local leaders so they have the time and resources to invest in others.

To everyone who prays, gives, and walks alongside us: thank you for planting seeds. Your support is helping young people be grounded in God’s Word, equipped in their faith, and encouraged to carry the Gospel wherever the Lord may send them.

We pray that these small seeds will bear lasting fruit for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom. 🌱
