If you have 100+ employees (including at least one in California), you’re required to submit workforce pay and demographic data to the California Civil Rights Department.

On Tuesday, April 8, 2026, we proudly celebrated the 2026 Farmworker Appreciation Awards at the DoubleTree in Modesto, CA—recognizing individuals whose dedication, resilience, and excellence keep our agricultural community thriving.
