The Industry & Trades PATCH (Professional Advancement Towards Career Horizons) Program prepares adult learners for entry- and mid-level careers in Central Valley industries, with a focus on food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain operations. Participants gain technical skills, safety certifications, and leadership competencies aligned with employer expectations. Upon completion of the class students will earn a certificate of achievement.
