On May 29, WMCC was excited to host Move Your Body, Calm Your Mind (MYBCYM) Activation Day, bringing together community members and families for a morning dedicated to wellness, movement, and self-care.

Participants learned about the importance of overall well-being, joined a peaceful walk, took part in calming wellness activities, and connected with resources that support healthy lifestyles. We are grateful for the opportunity to support initiatives that promote healthy habits, encourage movement, and strengthen connections within our community.

Together we can create healthier, stronger communities by making wellness and movement part of our every day lives!

Green Room Youth Club Spotlight 🔦🔦: Over the course of the semester, 16 students participated in our Youth program centered on the theme "Life Across Cultures". Students explored topics like family and gender roles, festivals and weddings, music, Youth voice, and more...

Students also enjoyed learning through films, class discussions, guest speakers, creative activities, nature field trips, and a safe and welcoming space to feel supported and connected.
