This afternoon, AIR101 was overhead the area of Knights Ferry when a solo vehicle rollover occurred near CA-108 and Tulloch Road. AIR101 arrived overhead within minutes and located the crash. With no other first responders on scene yet, AIR101 landed in a nearby pasture to assist. The crew made contact with the two occupants pinned in the car. Shortly after, CAL FIRE Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit and CHP Sonora arrived on scene. The occupants were extricated from the vehicle and transported to local trauma centers for further care.

With the recent rain storms, we would like to remind everyone to slow down and drive safely.

The SSK9 Association and the Stanislaus Air Support Association teamed up again to provide hundreds of gifts to children through the .

Deputies, K9 Handlers, and decoys, helped Santa shop, wrap, and pass out gifts and stockings to multiple Children’s Crisis Center locations throughout the county.

A special thank you to and other supporters for being a big part of this annual event. We are fortunate and grateful to give back to children in need in the community.

Air101 was out horsin’ around last night during National Night Out, with two of the newest junior members of . Of course, Lucky and Blaze, are still in training and were curious how much horse power was under the hood of the helicopter. Air101 attended and flew over multiple gatherings throughout the county. It was a great turnout by the community! 🤠🐴

🚔 FLOCK ALERT ➡️ PURSUIT ➡️ SUSPECTS TAKE FLIGHT (LITERALLY) 🚔

Last night, our officers were alerted by a Flock Safety ALPR (Automated License Plate Reader) to a stolen vehicle cruising through town. We quickly located the car, but the driver had other plans—leading us on a pursuit through Tracy before ditching the ride near Grant Line Rd. & Corral Hollow Rd.

Thinking they could outrun the long arm of the law, the two suspects—both juveniles—decided to test their parkour skills by hopping fences through the neighborhood. Enter the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Air Support Association, who had a literal bird’s-eye view of the action. One suspect was spotted mid-fence-hop, probably realizing too late that gravity is undefeated.

With some solid teamwork on the ground and in the sky, both juveniles were caught and booked into juvenile hall.

🚁 Huge shoutout to the Stanislaus County Sheriff Air Unit for the assist! Moral of the story: If you steal a car and try to run, the only Flock that’ll help you… is ours.

Yesterday, the crew was requested to provide support to and during a critical incident involving an armed subject in a rural and mountainous area. We were able to help by providing a fuel truck for the Placer County Sheriff’s Air Ops. Utilizing a fuel truck was extremely important and allowed a quick refuel to the helicopter at an off-airport LZ. This saves the flight crew a trip to the nearest airport which could be 30+ minutes away. The flight crew was able to get fuel within minutes and get back on station providing over watch and transport to SWAT personnel on the ground. A fuel truck is a vital piece of equipment that contributes to the safety of law enforcement personnel, the public, and homeowners in the area. We are fortunate enough and always willing to assist our neighbors and fellow flight crews in need.
