The Bay Retreat exists to help students start strong and on a solid foundation. We know each freshman or transfer has a place in Mobile and we want to help them find it. We're here to connect freshmen to other freshmen, and to upperclassmen who have been in their shoes and who want to walk alongside them through the

ir first year. We want to equip them with knowledge to help navigate college well, but more than that, a deeper understanding and love of the Lord that will be their true foundation. We want each attendee to leave the retreat with confidence in where the Lord has placed them, connected to Christ-centered community, and equipped to make an impact during their college career and for the rest of their life.

3 DAYS LEFT TO APPLY FOR LEADERSHIP!

Are you interested in serving The 2027 Bay Retreat in a new way and help form the retreat that impacts incoming students? Leadership for The Bay Retreat is the perfect way to make an impact for the kingdom and work with other Christians while doing so! Applications are still open, but they close this Sunday! A quick description about leadership!🌊
The leadership team will get to be the people that plan the details of the retreat to make it uniquely suited for their campus. They get to be the ones leading their peers in prayer with the goal of making this year’s incoming freshman class the most prayed over freshman class this university has ever seen! The leadership team will get to help shape the retreat by interviewing and training the counselors, crew and praise team that will be the ones coming alongside them in investing in the freshmen. Lastly, the leadership team will lead the way in promoting the retreat to incoming freshmen, getting this opportunity in front of as many freshmen as possible.

REMINISCING ON BAY RETREAT 2026!!!

What. A. Weekend!!! God moved big in the lives of incoming and current college students! We are so thankful for all of our ministry partners for taking the time to support us! We cannot wait to see what the future holds for The Bay Retreat!
