Celebrating 140 Years of Music History! Welcome to Excelsior Band Preservation! We are a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization developed to create an archival home for the Excelsior Brass Band of Mobile, AL. The Excelsior Band has been delighting Mobilians for generations since 1883, and breaking barriers along the way. 🎺 **Help Us Preserve the History of the Excelsior Band!**

For more than a century, the Excelsior Band has been part of Mobile's history. Now, we need your help preserving the photographs, stories, and memories that have helped shape that legacy.

Join Excelsior Band Preservation and Vanguard Archives Consulting for **Community Archives Day** on Saturday, October 17!

Have old photographs, newspaper clippings, programs, recordings, or other memorabilia? Bring them by to help us document the band's history. Materials may be digitized on-site, and your originals stay with you.

Don't have anything to bring? We'd still love to hear your stories and memories!
