𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝟎 𝐅𝐂 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 | 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬

As we continue building and growing our presence in Mobile, we’re excited to officially welcome 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥 and 𝐊𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨 as the Academy Leaders for Union 10 FC West.

Tony currently serves as the Head Coach at Spring Hill College and Kevin as his assistant coach of the local NCAA D2 program.

Both coaches have also worked within high level development environments at Southern States Academy, bringing valuable experience, professionalism, and understanding of the modern player pathway.

Their role will help lead and support our U9–U12 Academy ages in the Mobile area while connecting players into the long term Union 10 FC levels of play.

Union 10 FC was formed with the vision of bringing players and families from across Mobile and Baldwin County together under one player centered environment. We believe our area is stronger together, and Union 10 FC West is another important step toward continuing that vision.

Tony and Kevin will help provide leadership, guidance, structure, and support to players, families, and coaches as we continue creating a positive and developmental soccer environment on our Mobile side of the bay.

𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝟎 𝐅𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐑𝐋 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (Mobile, AL)

The Union 10 FC Pre-RL Program is designed to identify and bring together high-performing U11 and U12 players from across Mobile and the Eastern Shore who are ready to take the next step in their development.

As part of this initiative, we are planning to form Pre-ECNL-RL teams for both boys and girls in Mobile and Daphne for the 2026–27 season. This will allow us to build strong, localized training environments while maintaining a unified club standard, ensuring players are consistently challenged and supported within our pathway.

This program serves as a bridge into our ECNL-RL pathway, creating an environment where players train and compete alongside others who share a similar level of ambition, commitment, and potential.

Selected players will be placed into a full team structure, with intentional training focused on individual growth, game understanding, and team development. The objective is simple: to prepare players for the demands of competition while continuing to foster a genuine love for the game at the appropriate level of play.

This is more than just another team. It represents a clear step in a player’s pathway, under one philosophy, and in an environment they can call home.

New Role Announcement: Head of Player Identification & Recruitment

We’re proud to announce that Alejo Binaghi will begin immediately as Head of Player Identification and Recruitment for Union 10 FC.

A native of Argentina, former NAIA Player of the Year, and Union 10's First Team hero, Alejo is no stranger to talent, player development, and hard work. His passion for the game and deep understanding of what it takes to grow within the sport make him the perfect person to lead this next phase for our club.

This new and uncommon role has been created to facilitate, assist, and guide families and players toward the best possible pathway for their soccer development. Whether that means placement within our ECNL-RL program, Competitive Travel teams, or Academy, Alejo’s focus will be on helping players and families find the right fit, where they can thrive, develop, and belong.

Our area is filled with soccer talent, but too often, it’s splintered, fractured, or uncertain about where to begin. Alejo’s work will serve as the bridge that connects that talent with opportunity, helping more families understand how Union 10 FC can be the pathway, the place, and their future soccer home.

Alejo’s journey, energy, and insight will be instrumental in continuing to push our club forward, uniting communities through the shared pursuit of player development and excellence.

We’re continuing our efforts to establish Union 10 FC West Academy Teams for the 2026 Winter/Spring season, and we’re looking for families and players who want to be part of something special.

Our Academy program is designed to provide a player-centered environment that focuses on development, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. With the same commitment and standards that define Union 10 FC across the Gulf Coast, our West program is in the works, and we want to hear from you.
