Mobile Latin Fest just wrapped up its 6th year yesterday, and the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month continues!

Silvia Skultety, President of the Hispanic American Business Association (HABA), the organization behind Mobile Latin Fest, spent today at Baldwin Preparatory Academy sharing her story with students.

As a leader at Mobile Bay Real Estate and in our community, Silvia spoke about her connection to Hispanic heritage, her journey as a business and community leader, and the many contributions Hispanic entrepreneurs make across our region.

She also took time to debunk common myths and encouraged students to see their cultural heritage as a true career strength.

Thank you, Baldwin Prep, for welcoming her and for your commitment to inspiring the next generation of leaders.

We are proud of Silvia for sharing her voice with young people and showing them what is possible.

We are still in complete shock looking out at yesterday’s crowd. Celebrating our sixth year, thousands of people filled the grounds for Mobile Latin Fest, and we are completely blown away.

To our sponsors: Thank you for believing in this vision from the start. Your support gave us the foundation to welcome an incredible crowd.

To our food vendors and craft makers: You were the stars of the show. You fed thousands of hungry visitors and showcased so much talent, creativity, and passion.Thank you for your hard work and for keeping up with the huge crowd all day long.

To the small team of volunteers who showed up: We may have been tiny in numbers, but you stepped up and helped keep everything on track when the crowds poured in. We could not have gotten through the day without you.

To the thousands of you who walked through the gates: Thank you for bringing your energy, your patience, and your love for our community. Seeing the space packed with people enjoying local food, art, and each other for our sixth year was unforgettable.

Thank you, Mobile, for turning out in such a big way for us.
