Happy Memorial Day from the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Division!

As we honor those who have served, letโ€™s also take a moment to recognize May as Mental Health Awareness Month. This month, we focus on the unique challenges faced by pregnant and new moms. The changes and fluctuations in your body can significantly impact your mental health.

Itโ€™s essential to communicate openly with your physician about any concerns you may have. Remember, youโ€™re not alone in this journey.

At Lifelines Counseling Services, we are here to support you during these challenging times. Your well-being matters, and weโ€™re just a call away.

Wishing everyone a safe and reflective Memorial Day! ๐Ÿ’š
