SteadyPace5K Run Walk Steady Pace 5K Run Walk is an innovative way to reach families in our community and promote HEALTH and WELLNESS.

We have selected to host events that will be creative and fun for all involved. The Steady Pace 5K run/walk is the first of its kind designed specifically for the awareness of children and family members of all ages and shining a light on the effects of childhood and adult obesity while promoting a healthy lifestyle not just weight loss. We hosted our first successful event in September 2012 and a

re looking to continue that trend with you as our partner. Steady Pace is looking to partner with local businesses and corporate sponsors for our 2015 5K run/walk, 5K Training Program, and Kids and Family Outdoor activities programs. We are expecting a variety of participants this year, and are hoping to rise over $150,000 to support local programs in the fight to live healthy lifestyles. We are asking for your support and partnership to help meet the goals of 2015.
