Apply for our 2026 Summer Internship👇

https://www.quadwmi.org/apply

QuadW Missional Internship is an eight-week, paid, summer internship that gives college-age young adults an immersion experience in living in Christian community, serving in places where it is most needed, helping communities of faith build bridges (back) into their neighborhoods and communities. Emphasis on providing a transformational experience for the intern through a challenging and stretching encounter with the mission of God in a particular place being worked out in the lives of ordinary people. If you've ever felt or thought that there must be more to life w/ Jesus than "go to church, read your bible"... this maybe the internship for you!

We’re still reminiscing on this summer and all our interns did... and honestly, we’re not ready to stop.

They led the games, ran the programs, prayed with kids, and brought the energy even on the hottest, longest days. Not bad for a summer’s work.

Past interns: what’s the one memory you’d relive in a heartbeat? Tell us below. 👇

Have you started thinking about next summer yet? Probably not... but now’s the time!

Instead of another summer of “just a job,” what if you spent it investing in kids, serving your community, and growing in your faith? Consider the QuadW Missional Internship! Send this to someone you think would be interested!

We use the word missional a lot around here.

But what does it actually mean?

It means seeing the people and places around you differently.

It means asking, “Where is God already at work, and how can I join Him?”

It means being willing to show up, build relationships, serve, listen, and love your neighbor well.

And it doesn’t require an internship, a plane ticket, or a ministry title.

You can live missionally right where you are.

Where might God be inviting you to show up this week?

Once a QuadW intern, always a QuadW alum.

The summer may be over, but your QuadW story isn’t.

What you learned. The people you met. The ways God stretched you. The moments that changed your perspective. We believe those things continue to shape who you are and how you live long after your eight weeks are finished.

So, QuadW alumni, where are you now?

We want to reconnect with you, hear what God has been doing in your life, and celebrate the ways you’re continuing to live out what you learned through QuadW.

To Our 2026 QuadW Interns—Thank You. 💙

What a summer it’s been.

Thank you for your willingness to serve, learn, grow, and invest in the communities where you were placed. Thank you for showing up each day with open hearts and a desire to love others well.

Over the past eight weeks, you’ve built relationships, served alongside local churches and ministry partners, and experienced firsthand what it means to live out your faith.

We hope this summer is just the beginning of what God has in store for each of you. We’re grateful for the opportunity to have walked alongside you, and we can’t wait to see where He leads you next.

Thank you for being part of the QuadW family. We’re proud of you!

Eight weeks may be coming to a close, but the mission isn’t.

One of the greatest prayers we have for our interns is that what God has done this summer doesn’t stay at their internship site—it goes home with them.

Mission isn’t just a place you go. It’s a way you live.

As our interns prepare to head back to school, work, and their communities, join us in praying that they would continue to:
🌱 Love their neighbors well.
🌱 Notice where God is already at work.
🌱 Serve with humility.
🌱 Live out their faith wherever they are.

The mission continues.

To our QuadW alumni: What advice would you give this year’s interns as they carry this momentum forward? What’s one lesson, habit, or encouragement you wish someone had shared with you at the end of your summer?

As this summer’s internship begins to wrap up, our hope is that the lessons learned, relationships built, and faith cultivated over these past eight weeks continue to shape our interns long after they return home.

Leave your wisdom in the comments—we’d love for this year’s interns to hear from those who’ve gone before them. 🌱

A QuadW internship is more than eight weeks of ministry.

It’s serving the local community with humility, investing in meaningful relationships, and stepping into hands-on ministry that makes a lasting impact. Along the way, our interns discover that God isn’t just working through them—He’s working in them, too.

Every conversation, every act of service, and every challenge becomes an opportunity to grow in faith and become more like Christ.

We’re grateful for the interns who have said “yes” this summer and for the churches, ministry partners, and supporters who make this experience possible. Continue praying that God would strengthen them and use them to share His love wherever they serve. 🌱

🌟 Meet the 2026 QuadW Huntsville Interns!

This summer, our Huntsville interns are serving alongside the Legacy Center, where they’ll invest in the lives of elementary students through the Southeast’s only intergenerational summer camp.

As one of Alabama’s fastest-growing and most diverse cities, Huntsville offers a unique place to learn, serve, and grow. Throughout the summer, these interns will experience a community full of opportunity while building meaningful relationships with campers, families, and one another.

Join us in praying for the Huntsville team as they lead with compassion, serve faithfully, and share Christ’s love all summer long. 💙

We’re in the home stretch of the 2026 QuadW internship, and we’d love your help encouraging our interns to finish strong! 💙

Drop “QUADW” in the comments, and we’ll send you a DM with a quick form where you can share a message of encouragement.

A few kind words can go a long way as they continue serving, growing, and making an impact this summer. 🌱
