What a night! 🙌

Tonight, we celebrate the faithfulness of God and the opportunity to serve our community.

Through His provision and the generosity of so many, we:

🚿 provided 50+ showers
🍽️ served 250 meals/sandwiches
👟 gave away 110 pairs of brand new shoes at our 2nd Soul to Sole Giveaway

Every shower, every pair of shoes, and every meal was more than a practical need met. It was an opportunity to share the love of Christ and remind people that they are seen, valued, and loved.

Thank you to every volunteer, donor, and partner who made tonight possible. Most of all, we thank the Lord for allowing us to be His hands and feet in our community. 🍽️🚿👟

A special thank you to one of our business partners, Newman's Ambulance, for providing CPR certification training for members of the Oak Park Serve Team.

We are grateful for your investment in our volunteers and for helping equip us to better serve others. As we prepare to better serve our community, this training helps us be prepared to respond with both knowledge and care when needs arise.

We are praying for protection, peace, and strength for those who may be impacted, and for wisdom for leaders and first responders.

Every pair of shoes represents more than just footwear. It represents a person. A story. A life that matters deeply to God.

Please pray that each pair finds exactly who God intends it for. Pray that every person who receives shoes would also experience encouragement, kindness, and the love of Jesus. Pray for divine appointments, meaningful conversations, and open hearts as we serve our neighbors. We believe every pair has the potential to touch a life, and we can’t wait to see what God does. 👟
