Since starting at Tech Academy with Portal, I’ve come to appreciate how true this is. Before, I believed passion could do it all, but this experience showed me that without clear structures and repeatable processes, even the strongest drive can fizzle out.

At Tech Academy, I learned how to build those systems. Using best practices in software development, project management, and team collaboration and how they enable our passions to achieve greater impact. It’s been a game-changing lesson; systems channel our enthusiasm into sustained progress.
