Don't forget!!! Rotary Club is hosting the Culinary Academy FREE Food Drive today (Monday August 16th) from 8am-10am at the Baptist Church on Moapa Valley Boulevard! It is 10 pounds of chicken, fruits and veggies, and some pantry staples. Good bless!

GREAT NEWS EVERYBODY!!!
The culinary academy will be returning it's drive- thru food pantry hosted by The Rotary Club. It will be at the Baptist Church on the boulevard tomorrow morning (Monday the 26th) from 7:30am-9:30am. Come get some food staples for your household. Here are also the future dates the food pantry will be held:

July 26th
August 2nd
September 13th
September 27th

Today was food pantry day that the Rotary Club hosts at the Baptist church. And this box of food looks good that we recieved from the culinary arts school.
I thought I would hop on and share a few recipes of what my family and I will be eating that will use the items given to us by the culinary art school. Tonight on the menu is a family favorite. It is called Eggroll in a Bowl. Think of all the yummy insides of an eggroll over a bed of rice. This uses the rice, cabbage, and carrots given to us. The protein can be any ground meat that you want. My family prefers pork. The other ingredients are basic pantry items that I almost always have on hand.
