Veterans Charity Ride

Veterans Charity Ride Started by Veterans for Veterans. We take wounded & amputee veterans on Motorcycle Therapy excursions. Sponsored by Indian Motorcycle.

The Veterans Charity Ride includes veterans from all branches of service, coming together to share their experiences and passion for motorcycles. Veterans created this ride and campaign to bring greater awareness to the issues veterans are facing in their daily lives, promote worthy veteran charities and invite the participation and support of the general public. Since 2015 , we’ve taken combat wo

unded veterans cross-country to the Sturgis Bike Rally in South Dakota. Our primary sponsor, Indian Motorcycle provides the bikes for the ride. Champion Sidecars has provided the sidecars to accommodate injured veterans unable to ride a motorcycle. The two week journey begins in Moab Utah with a motorcycle safety course and motorcycle therapy rides in the local area. We add in a few fun excursions: river rafting, horseback riding and off road rock crawling. We travel the back roads in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota to reach Sturgis. We stop in small towns along the way and meet Americans that show their gratitude for the veterans and their service. Fellow veterans, supporters, motorcycle enthusiasts and the general public can follow the riders and campaign in real-time. Anyone can interact with the veterans on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and watch videos of their adventures and journey.
