Through guided breath, intentional presence, and the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, you’ll be invited into deep rest, reflection, and connection.

A Music-Guided Somatic Movement Journey

Join us for a 60-minute guided movement experience designed to support safe, expressive embodiment through music.

This session weaves together gentle movement, rhythm, and rest—building gradually from grounding into more dynamic expression, and closing with a guided body-based meditation for integration.

Rooted in injury-informed awareness, you’ll be guided to move in ways that support your body—avoiding strain while exploring fluid, intuitive motion. Sound, voice, and expressive movement are welcome, always with the option to rest, pause, or move at your own pace.

No dance experience needed.
