We had eight visitors with us this week and had so many laughs. Gary killed it with his Dad Jokes and William kept us smiling with his leadership skills as the Toastmaster for the evening. Two great speeches, three visitors participating in the Table topics and encouraging evaluations. Join us next week.

Congratulations to Becky Fields, being the first club member of Missouri City Toastmasters to earn her DTM since the club was chartered in 2018. Her mentor, Maria Pollard DTM, presented her with the award at the club meeting. Becky is one of the charter members of the club and the current club President. We look forward to many more DTM award recipients coming from this club in the future. Thanks to Jobby Johnson for having the vision to start this club eight years ago and all the members who make up the family it has become today. As a club, we welcome visitors, meeting every Thursday evening.

WOW!!!! If you missed the meeting last night, you missed a treat, with four fabulous speeches. I honestly thought attendance would be down because of Spring Break, but we had 20 at the church and three more online, including four first time guests with us.

What an exciting way to start New Year. We had 23 in attendance and every seat in the room was taken. Five visitors were in attendance, with four joining the club tonight.
