In honor of Grandparents Day, we invite all DLE families to POP IN for a Lions Picnic with their favorite little Lion! 🧺☀️

Pack a picnic, come enjoy some special time together, and make sweet memories with your child and their grandparents. Whether it’s sharing lunch, lots of laughs, or simply spending time together, we hope you’ll join us! 💜💚

Leonetti families, mark your calendars for Thursday, September 3 from 5:00–7:00 PM! Join us for Open House and an opportunity to come see, meet, and connect! ✏️📚

This is a great chance to visit your child’s classroom, connect with teachers, and see what our Lions have been working on so far this year!

⏰ OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULE

* 5:00–5:45 PM: Last Names A–M OR Child One
* 5:45–6:15 PM: PTO Meeting — All families are encouraged to attend!

Leonetti families, get ready for one of our favorite ways to spend a little extra time with our Lions! 💚💛 Lunch visits begin Monday, August 31st!

Parents are welcome to join their child for lunch and/or bring lunch for their child on their designated visitor day based on last name.

📅 Designated Visitor Days:
• Monday: A–C
• Tuesday: D–H
• Wednesday: I–M
• Thursday: N–R
• Friday: S–Z

⏰ Be sure to check the graphic for your Lion’s grade-level lunch time!

A few important reminders:
🥪 Food may not be shared with or brought for other students.
🚶 Students may not be walked back to class after lunch or recess.

🦁💚 THAT’S A WRAP ON THE GREAT LEONETTI KICKOFF! 💚🦁

What an incredible way to kick off the school year! Thanks to the amazing support of our Leonetti families and community, we raised an incredible $15,019 toward our $20,000 goal! 🎉👏

We are so grateful to EVERYONE who donated, bid, shared, and supported the Great Leonetti Kickoff. Every dollar raised goes right back to supporting our Lions through PTO-funded programs, field trips, student enrichment, teacher support, campus events, and so much more! 💚

🏆 AUCTION WINNERS: Keep an eye on your inbox! Emails will be sent to everyone who won an auction item with additional details and next steps.

Thank you for showing up for our school and helping make this kickoff such a success. We couldn’t do it without our incredible Leonetti community!
