‼️PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING THE SIENNA ASSOCIATIONS PREPARATIONS FOR BERYL.
We appreciate everyone's understanding as we are working to do our best to protect our property/facilities, and keep our staff and residents safe.
⬇️ANNOUNCEMENT BELOW⬇️
The Associations and its related contractors have begun emergency preparations in the event that Sienna experiences high winds and rain due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Beryl. Specifically, please note the following information:
🔷️All community pools will be closed Sunday and Monday, July 7 and July 8.
🔷️Brushy Lake Fitness Center and Sawmill Lake Fitness Center will be closed Sunday and Monday, July 7 and July 8.
🔷️The Racquet Sports Complex will be closed on Sunday and Monday, July 7 and July 8, and all lessons are canceled.
🔷️All scheduled community events for Sunday and Monday, July 7 and July 8, including camps, have been canceled.
🔷️The Associations’ office, Sawmill Lake Club and the Pavilion will also be closed on Sunday and Monday, July 7 and July 8.
Association management and contractors will be undertaking emergency preparedness activities throughout the day tomorrow, thus the need to close community facilities. The Associations external Emergency Preparedness Plan is available online at:

Any decision regarding operating hours on Tuesday, July 9, for community pools, fitness centers, racquet courts, Sawmill Lake Club & Pavilion, and the Associations’ office will be made on Monday, July 8, and will be based on actual and forecasted weather. This information will be communicated via ENews, the Siennanet and Siennarec websites, and related pages.
