Thank you to those who have continued to pray for my brother Julius. He is pretty much the same, paralyzed, not able to swallow, can't communicate. His eyes are not tracking as they should. TIRR wants 2600.00 per day for physical therapy and speech rehabilitation. They want that fee paid upfront. Sister spoke with the mayor earlier today, still walking away with no answers.
