The ERA Lambros Community Foundation was established in 2002 with a simple, meaningful mission: to support the well-being of individuals and families in the communities we serve.

Through local donations, fundraisers, volunteer efforts, and community partnerships, the Foundation supports essential needs such as food, clothing, and shelter, and other initiatives that uplift our neighbors across Western Montana.

We’re grateful for every agent, staff member, client, and community partner who helps make this work possible.💙

We spent the day with Friends of the Children - Western Montana, an incredible organization changing lives right here in our community. Through long-term, professional mentoring relationships, they support youth facing the greatest obstacles from childhood through graduation, showing up year after year, no matter what.

We were grateful for the chance to spend some time helping behind the scenes, so their team can keep focusing on the work that matters most: building brighter futures for local kids and families.

CANdemonium is such a fun reminder of what can happen when a community comes together — a little creativity, a lot of teamwork, and a shared goal of giving back.
