Staff training week: where the coaches become the kids for a minute. 🤸‍♀️😂

We learned. We played. We laughed A LOT. We challenged each other, worked together, and probably got a little too competitive along the way.

But behind all the chaos was the important stuff: getting better at what we do, growing together as a team, and getting ready to BRING OUT THEIR BEST this season. ❤️

Now the training is done and the real fun starts…

We seriously cannot wait to have our Mismo kids back in the gym, studio, on the mats and everywhere in between.
