If this describes your household, you could qualify for up to $90,000 in down payment assistance for a new 2-bedroom townhome in Billings:
- You are qualified for a mortgage in the range of $171,000-$200,000
- Your household's annual income is below 80% AMI (for example: $69,950 for a family of three or $77,700 for a family of four)
