📸 Those bike trip photos deserve a little limelight.

The 18th Annual Bicycle Travel Photo Contest is open through December 31. Whether it’s a sunrise climb, a cozy campsite, or a portrait of a fellow bike tourer you met at a gas station in Kansas, we want to see it. Six categories cover everything from your first bike adventure to the shot that belongs on the cover of Adventure Cyclist. Winners get $300, a free year of membership, and their photos printed in the magazine.

We had three route researchers ride every mile of it, scouting roads, rail trails, crossings, and the best places to stop along the way. We’ve put it all on a digital route with cue sheets and rider resources so that you can find it all in one place.
