The troop spent a fun week+ traveling and enjoying summer camp at Camp Many Point, MN. Our first night was camping in Theodore Rosevelt National Park outside of Medora, ND in 100 degree temperatures. Camp Many Point celebrated their 80th year anniversary this year. Eric Henderson was on staff for many years and helped plan a fun and successful week back in the old stomping grounds. Highlights were fishing, aqua trampoline, shot gun shooting, 4-wheelers, greased watermelon, outposts to the treehouse, and Huck Finn sleeping out on the lake. The humidity was new to many scouts. We were able to see the headwaters of the Missouri River as well as the headwaters of the Mississippi. Many merit badges were earned, friendships made, and skills were improved. Thanks to all the leaders and parents that made this possible!
